Returns & Refunds
At Goodside Beauty, we strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition.
Due to the personal nature of beauty and skincare products and to maintain the highest hygiene standards,
we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
However, we are happy to assist you if you receive an item that is defective or incorrect.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order if:
- The product was received in a damaged or leaky condition(e.g., a broken pump or applicator).
- The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
How to Initiate a Return
To process your request, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our concierge at support@goodsidebeauty.com – or reach out via our Contact Page within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide Proof: Please include your Order ID and a clear photo or video of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Preserve the Product: Ensure the product remains in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is picked up and inspected by our team:
- Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 25-30 business days.
- Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
If you received an incorrect or damaged item and would prefer a replacement rather than a refund, please let us know during your initial outreach. We will ship the replacement item at no additional cost to you, subject to stock availability.
