When did GoodSide Beauty launch?
GoodSide officially launched in March 2026 - born from a simple belief that your morning routine shouldn't require a shelf full of products. We went live at goodsidebeauty.com with our inaugural trio: Good Glow, Good Kiss, and Good Sculpt. It's just the beginning.

What is the GoodSide philosophy?
GoodSide was created from the belief that beauty is not about adding more - it's about choosing better. Inspired by light, art, and reflective surfaces, we see beauty as something that shifts, softens, and reveals rather than transforms. Like light on skin, GoodSide is meant to highlight what's already there - subtle, intuitive, and personal.

What does 'Intentional Beauty' mean?
Intentional Beauty means choosing what actually works — nothing more, nothing less. It's the belief that three well-formulated products can do more for you than a drawer full of impulse buys.
We don't believe in more; we believe in better. Every GoodSide formula is built with only what's necessary — active ingredients that serve your skin, not just a longer ingredient list. We think the most powerful thing you can do for your routine is simplify it.
Are GoodSide products non-comedogenic (won't clog pores)?
Yes. Our formulas are thoughtfully designed to let your skin breathe. Every product is non-comedogenic and centered around lightweight, skin-compatible vegan ingredients that deliver a dewy finish without ever feeling heavy or congesting your pores.
Are your products suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin?
Yes. We formulate with keeping the most sensitive skin in mind. Every formula is non-comedogenic, and intentionally stripped of common irritants. However, because every skin is unique, we always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application to ensure the formula aligns perfectly with you.
Products & Ingredients
Are your products fragrance-free?
Good Glow, Good Kiss and Good Sculpt contain a small amount of added fragrance for a light, pleasant sensory experience.
Are you vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We believe beauty is at its best when it is kind. All GoodSide products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
Are you paraben and sulfate-free?
Yes. We intentionally omit parabens and sulfates from our formulas, choosing instead to focus on clean, stable ingredients that support your skin's long-term health.
Do any of your products contain nuts?
While we prioritize clean ingredients, some of our formulas may contain derivatives of tree nuts (such as Jojoba Oil). If you have a severe allergy, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on each product page or consulting with your physician before use.
Are GoodSide products safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Yes. All GoodSide products are formulated to be gentle and entirely toxin-free, but we always recommend sharing our ingredient lists with your doctor to ensure they align with your personal wellness plan during this time.
What is the shelf life of my GoodSide products?
Our products have an unopened shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture. If you're ever unsure, you can also email us at support@goodsidebeauty.com with your batch number and we'll help.
How do I find the expiration date on my packaging?
You can find the expiration date printed clearly on the crimp of our tubes or on the base of our packaging.
How To Use
How do I use the GoodSide trio for an everyday look?
Step 1 - Trace the hollows of your cheeks, lips, nose and jawline with our Good Sculpt Lip Contour. Blend with fingertips to add soft, natural structure and depth.
Step 2 - Swipe the Good Glow Dewy Crème Blush onto the apples of your cheeks, lips and lids. Pat gently for a seamless, buildable flush that looks like a natural glow.
Step 3 - Glide the Good Kiss Ceramide Lip Treatment over lips for immediate moisture and a healthy sheen. The perfect final touch to keep your look fresh and effortless.
The result is a dewy 'your skin on its best day' look in under three minutes.
Can I wear Good Kiss over my favourite lipstick?
Absolutely. Good Kiss works beautifully as a hydrating top coat over any lip colour. It adds a glossy, plumped finish over matte lipsticks and tints without any stickiness, and the ceramide complex helps your lip colour stay moisturised and fresh throughout the day.
Is Good Glow Blush safe to use on my eyelids?
Yes. Good Glow is formulated to be safe for use on the eyelids - the pigments are eye-compatible iron oxides and approved colorants. For a soft, flushed lid look, dab a small amount on your fingertip, warm it briefly, then press and diffuse across the lid and blend upward toward the brow bone. It creates a beautiful monochromatic effect that ties your whole look together.
Do I need brushes or sponges to apply GoodSide products?
Not at all! Our formulas are intentionally 'fingertip-friendly,' designed to be warmed by the skin and blended with your fingertips. The heat from your hands helps the active ingredients melt in seamlessly, though you can always use a brush if you prefer more precise coverage.
How do I use the built-in sponge and sharpener on Good Sculpt?
Good Sculpt has two ends built for precision and ease. The pigment tip lets you draw in soft shadows — trace the hollows of your cheeks, overline your lips, or define your nose with light, confident strokes. Flip to the soft sponge buffer at the other end to blend and diffuse for a seamless, natural finish. And when you need a sharper tip? Simply pull out the bottom cap to reveal the hidden sharpener and refine your point without wasting any product.
Can I layer GoodSide products with my existing skincare?
Yes. GoodSide is designed to play well with others. Because our formulas are infused with skincare actives like Squalane and Ceramides, they sit beautifully over your daily moisturizer or SPF, blending into your skin rather than sitting on top of it.
Shipping & Fulfillment
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business days. During peak seasons or new launches, it may take us just a little longer to get your package on its way.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is on the move, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you fast — which means changes or cancellations need to be requested as soon as possible, ideally within one hour of placing your order. We'll always do our best to help, though we can't guarantee changes once an order has moved to dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We believe in keeping your essentials within easy reach, so we offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimums, no surprises—just your favorite formulas delivered to your door.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're so sorry this happened. Please email us at support@goodsidebeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we'll make it right immediately. An unboxing video is also helpful if you have one, but a photo is all we need to get started.
I received the wrong item — what should I do?
We're sorry for the error — that's entirely on us. Please email support@goodsidebeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We'll arrange to send you the correct product right away, and you won't need to worry about returning the wrong one.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship across India with free delivery on all orders.
My tracking says 'delivered' but I haven't received my package. What should I do?
Sometimes carriers mark a package delivered slightly early - we'd recommend checking with your building reception, security, or nearby neighbours, as couriers sometimes leave packages there. If your package still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, please email us at support@goodsidebeauty.com with your order number and we'll investigate and resolve it for you right away.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and refund policy?
All GoodSide purchases are final sale. Because of the personal nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and quality, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We know that's a significant commitment, which is why we work hard to make sure you choose with confidence — our shade guides, Virtual Try-On, and support team at support@goodsidebeauty.com are all here to help before you buy. We're always happy to chat about which shade or product is right for you.
Can I return a product if I've opened or tried it?
We're unable to accept returns on opened or unopened items as all sales are final. The only exceptions are if we've made an error on our end — meaning your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product. In either of those cases, we'll resolve it fully. Email us at support@goodsidebeauty.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of it right away.
Do you offer exchanges if the shade isn't right for me?
All sales are final, so we don't offer shade exchanges — but we genuinely want you to get it right the first time. Before you order, we'd love to help. Use our Virtual Try-On tool on the website, browse our shade guides on each product page, or drop us a message at support@goodsidebeauty.com and our team will personally help you find your perfect match. We're here before, during, and after your order.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Since all purchases are final, we don't process refunds in the traditional sense. However, in the event of a shipping error or damaged delivery, we will arrange a replacement or store credit as swiftly as possible — typically within 5–7 business days of you contacting us. We're committed to making it right, and our support team will keep you updated throughout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We want your experience to be as smooth as possible. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI, popular digital wallets and cash on delivery (COD)
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes. COD is available for all orders above Rs. 1,000. You can pay in cash right at your doorstep when your essentials arrive.
Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely. Your security is our priority. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your transaction details are always protected.
What if my online payment fails?
If a transaction doesn't go through, please check your connection or try a different payment method. If your account was debited but the order wasn't confirmed, the bank typically reverses the charge within 5–7 business days. Our team is always here to help if you have concerns.
Sustainability & Community
Is your packaging recyclable?
We believe beauty should be kind to the planet too. Our secondary (outer box) packaging is made from FSC-certified recycled paper and is fully recyclable — just flatten and pop it in your paper recycling. Our primary packaging (the product sticks themselves) are made from durable materials currently being transitioned toward more circular options — we'll be transparent as we make progress. Disposing of the sticks through your local hard plastics or cosmetics recycling scheme is the best option for now.
Do you have a recycling rewards program?
Not yet, but we are working on it. As a young brand, we are currently developing a thoughtful way to give your empties a second life. Stay tuned as we build a program that matches our commitment to intentionality.
