Inspired by light, art, and reflective surfaces, we see beauty as something that shifts, softens, and reveals rather than transforms. Are GoodSide products non-comedogenic (won’t clog pores)?
Yes. Our formulas are thoughtfully designed to let your skin breathe. Every product is non-comedogenic and centered around lightweight, skin-compatible vegan ingredients that deliver a dewy finish without ever feeling heavy or congesting your pores.
Are your productssuitable for all skin types (including sensitive skin)?
Yes. We formulate with keeping the most sensitive skin in mind. Every formula is non-comedogenic, and intentionally stripped of common irritants. However, because every skin is unique, we always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application to ensure the formula aligns perfectly with you.

Are your products fragrance-free?
Yes. To ensure our formulas are as gentle as possible, we do not add synthetic fragrances. Any subtle scent you may notice comes naturally from our skin-loving ingredients.
Are you vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We believe beauty is at its best when it is kind. All Goodside products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free
Are you paraben and sulfate-free?
Yes. We intentionally omit parabens and sulfates from our formulas, choosing instead to focus on clean, stable ingredients that support your skin’s long-term health.
Are your products silicon-free?
Yes, our collection is formulated without silicon-derived ingredients.
Do any of your products contain nuts?
While we prioritize clean ingredients, some of our formulas may contain derivatives of tree nuts (such as Jojoba Oil). If you have a severe allergy, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on each product page or consulting with your physician before use.
Are GoodSide products safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Yes. All GoodSide products are formulated to be gentle and entirely toxin-free, but we always recommend sharing our ingredient lists with your doctor to ensure they align with your personal wellness plan during this time.
What is the shelf life of my GoodSide products?
To enjoy our formulas at their most potent and effective, please check the expiration date printed directly on the product tube or packaging. Using your essentials within this timeframe ensures you get the best results and the healthiest glow.

You can find the expiration date printed clearly on the crimp of our tubes or on the base of our packaging.

How do I use the GoodSide trio for an Everyday Look ?
It’s a simple, three-step routine.
Step 1 - Trace the hollows of your cheeks, lips, nose and jawline with our Good Sculpt Lip Contour. Blend with fingertips to add soft, natural structure and depth.
Step 2 - Swipe the Good Glow Dewy Crème Blush onto the apples of your cheeks, lips and lids. Pat gently for a seamless, buildable flush that looks like a natural glow.
Step 3 - Glide the Good Kiss Ceramide Lip Treatment over lips for immediate moisture and a healthy sheen. The perfect final touch to keep your look fresh and effortless.
The result is a dewy "your skin on its best day" look in under three minutes.
Can I wear the Liquid Lip Treatment over my favorite lipstick?
Absolutely. The serum-like formula works wonderfully as a hydrating top coat. It adds a dewy, plumped finish to any matte color without the stickiness of a traditional gloss.
Is the Good Glow Blush safe to use on my eyelids?
Yes. We designed our cream-to-dewy formula to be safe and flattering for all-over use.
Do I need brushes or sponges to apply GoodSide products?
Not at all! Our formulas are intentionally "fingertip-friendly," designed to be warmed by the skin and blended with your fingertips. The heat from your hands helps the active ingredients melt in seamlessly, though you can always use a brush if you prefer more precise coverage.
How do I use the built-in sponge and sharpener on the Good Sculpt stick?
The Good Sculpt is designed for ease on-the-go. Use the creamy end to map out your depth, then flip to the soft sponge buffer to diffuse any edges for a seamless blurring finish. To keep your application precise, the base of the stick houses a hidden sharpener, to use it—simply pull out the bottom cap to refine the tip whenever you need a precise line.
Can I layer these products with my existing skincare?
Yes. GoodSide is designed to play well with others. Because our formulas are infused with skincare actives like Squalane and Ceramides, they sit beautifully over your daily moisturizer or SPF, blending into your skin rather than sitting on top of it.
Shipping & Fulfillment
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or new launches, it may take us just a little longer to get your package on its way.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is on the move, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible, which means our warehouse begins processing orders almost immediately. Please email us at support@goodsidebeauty.com within an hour of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We believe in keeping your essentials within easy reach, so we offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimums, no surprises—just your favorite formulas delivered to your door.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We are so sorry to hear that. Please email us a photo and an unboxing video of the damaged product and your order number at support@goodsidebeauty.com within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right immediately.
I have received the incorrect item, what should I do?
Our apologies for the mix-up. Please let us know by emailing our support team at support@goodsidebeauty.com with your order details, and we’ll get on to making it right for you.
Where do you ship?
You’ll be happy to know we offer worldwide shipping — with free delivery across India, and international orders shipping with applicable duties and shipping costs added at checkout.
My tracking says "delivered," but I don’t have my package. What should I do?
Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a little early. We recommend waiting 24 hours to see if it arrives. If it still hasn't made its way to you, then reach out to us at support@goodsidebeauty.com so we can help you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return & refund policy?
Due to the curated nature of our formulas and our commitment to the highest hygiene standards, all GoodSide purchases are final. We believe in an intentional edit of your vanity, which means we do not offer returns or refunds.
Can I return a product if I’ve opened or tried it?
To ensure the safety and quality of every product that reaches our community, we are unable to accept returns on any items—opened or unopened. Unless we have sent you the wrong product, or it arrived damaged.
Do you offer exchanges if the shade isn't right for me?
While all sales are final, your satisfaction is very important to us. While, we do not offer exchanges once products have been opened and used, to help you find your perfect match, we invite you to use our Virtual Try-On tool or connect with our team at support@goodsidebeauty.com before placing your order. We’re here to ensure you shop with confidence.
How long does it take to process a refund?
As all purchases are final sale, we do not process traditional refunds. However, in the rare event of a shipping error, we are committed to making it right immediately. Your refund would be processed within 30 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We want your experience to be as smooth as possible. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI, popular digital wallets.
We also accept cash on delivery (COD), but with an additional fee of INR 100 on each order.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes. COD is allowed for all orders, regardless of the order amount. You can pay in cash right at your doorstep when your essentials arrive but with additional fee of INR 100 on each order.
Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely. Your security is our priority. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your transaction details are always protected.
What if my online payment fails?
If a transaction doesn't go through, please check your connection or try a different payment method. If your account was debited but the order wasn't confirmed, the bank typically reverses the charge within 5–7 business days. Our team is always here to help if you have concerns.

Is your packaging recyclable?
We believe beauty should be as kind to the planet as it is to your skin. Our secondary packaging is made from FSC-certified paper and is fully recyclable. For our primary and secondary packaging, we prioritize materials that are durable and long-lasting, and we are constantly working toward making every part of the GoodSide experience more circular.
Do you have a recycling rewards program?
Not yet, but we are working on it. As a young brand, we are currently developing a thoughtful way to give your empties a second life. Stay tuned as we build a program that matches our commitment to intentionality.
